About the Carroll Family Foundation
A survivor and advocate of Liver Disease, DeMarre’s vision for the Carroll Family Foundation is to offer resources to parents, youth and health care professionals by providing educational programs to learn the signs and symptoms of Pediatric Liver Disease, nutrition/dieting for healthy living, as well as developing public campaigns to raise awareness of this fast-growing disease among our youth. The Carroll Family Foundation will partner with the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Pediatric Liver Disease Department and the Children’s Carlos and Marguerite Mason Transplant Center to assist in raising funds for programs, as well as launch their new program, the CFF Family-Life Assistance Program, offering additional finance for families in the transplant stage outside of medical costs such as rent, groceries, travel accommodations and more.
